Brisk Infrastructure & Developers

BIDPL Brisk Infrastructure & Developers (BIDPL), a Gurgaon-based real estate company, has started construction of a residential complex whose design and ambience is based on the Zen philosophy. The project, Lumbini Terrace Gardens, in Sector 109 of Gurgaon, with an outlay of about Rs 125 crore, is the only one in NCR to receive a Crisil 4-star rating for the viability, the company claims. “The project is based on the Zen philosophy which has evolved from the lifestyle of Buddha. The objective is to facilitate a balanced and wholesome lifestyle among residents. Planned with eco-friendly measures the apartments are being built to invoke an enlightened lifestyle with all conceivable amenities in a calm and peaceful environment,” Director of BIDL Kailash Gahlot, told Financial Chronicle.
The project is spread over 12.5 acres of land with a built-up area of 6.5 acres. It will consist of five 13-storey towers with a total of 264 units with a base price of Rs 3,850 per sq ft. The apartment sizes will range from 1,700 to 2,622 sq ft. One tower will offer four-bedroom apartments, while one will offer three-bedroom apartments. The remaining three towers will consist of three-bedroom plus store apartments. The project is due for completion in March 2014.
The first phase of the project was launched on March 24 and the company claims to have sold all the offered units. The second and the final phase of the project will be launched sometime during the festive season in October. Explaining more about the project, Gahlot said, “The project is strategically located on the upcoming Dwarka Expressway, and Sector 109 is the cleanest colony in Gurgaon. We have developed terrace gardens of 80 ft length and 8 ft wide, which connect all the rooms of apartments. The doors of all the rooms open to a garden on which one can practically grow grass.”
