Unitech, India's leading business group and an integrated developer of large-scale real estate projects, has received an overwhelming response for its Anthea Floors project, Gurgaon, with over 450 bookings garnering almost Rs 350 Crores.
The project is offering 2, 3 and 4 BHK in sizes varying from 997 sq. ft to 3671 sq. ft. to buyers with unit cost starting at Rs. 55 lakhs. It is in close vicinity to the world class schools like DPS, Heritage, GD Goenka and hospitals like Medicity, Artemis, Max, Apollo, etc. The project has an excellent connectivity through the upcoming 90 metre wide Southern Peripheral Road, which connects the area to Sohna Road, Golf Course extension road as well as NH-8.
Anthea Floors is the part of Wildflower Country, a landscaped 100 acre township in sector 70, Gurgaon, developed on the lines of the landmark Nirvana Country Township. The township will comprise of villas, apartments, floors, plots and retail development.
The township will have social infrastructure and amenities like Shopping area including daily needs store, Bank/ATM, Squash court, Tennis court, Badminton Court, Swimming Pool, Sewage treatment, Rain water harvesting, etc.

As already clarified, the ongoing telecom matter pertains to Unitech Wireless Tamilnadu Pvt. Ltd. (Uninor), which is a separate legal entity engaged in the telecom business, and will not impact Unitech Limited, the real estate company. Unitech would continue to
focus on its real estate business, in the normal course.
