Chandini

One of Chandini's exclusive creationsWho does not like to decorate one's house with elegant and idiomatic pieces. And when they are available at unimaginably reasonable prices it is like a feather on a cap. The art pieces are made out of white metal and brass fitted on glass with silver polish.

Chandini houses a magnificent collection of interior deco products. As you enter the showroom, you can see the beauty of the products and art. Though exquisite but they pertain to daily needs. Most of the art pieces are home needs stuff like home decor, glasses, jugs, ice buckets, photoframes, fruit bowls and many more things.

Kiran Gupta, the designer cum owner, says with delight, "Whoever comes to our showroom buys something or the other." Her designs are Spartan and influenced mostly by nature and mythology. Their graceful quality makes them irresistible.

The showroom started five years ago. "It all happened one day when I was going through a book on Mongolian art. I discovered that similar patterns can be emulated not only in glass but also ceramic and metal. Since then I've been designing patterns for various products. There are efficient craftsmen in Uttar Pradesh who carve the design on the metal sheet. The carved metal design is later fitted on the glass. The combination of glass and metal renders the finished product a distinctive touch," she says.

Silverware on displayAll her products are distinct in nature. She never repeats her designs. She believes in innovation and keeps on experimenting with new designs. And that's why most of her stuff is only one piece. And every three months the showroom displays a new range of designs.

Besides being beautiful and delicate, her products are durable and long-lasting that would go down generations to generations. They do not tarnish and maintenance wise, well, they have to be dusted, that's all. And also these products are very pocket-friendly. The range starts from as low as Rs.100 up to Rs.4000. Hence anybody with an artistic taste can afford these products without bothering about the price.

Besides good home decor products they have cute gift items too. A gift one would cherish and love to receive. Thus excellence and elegance need not be expensive.
