The Corporate
Astrologer
Corporate houses and astrology does sound something of a
contradiction, but with Vastu and astrological consultation
high on the 'yes' list of business establishments, the
combination is not really incongruous. K N Somayaji,
a corporate astrologer, is symbolic of the changing
times and the trend of the new millenium.
A vedic scholar par excellence, Somayaji has specialised
in Karma Kanda, Jyothishya, Vaastu Shastra and Tantra
Shastra. He has contributed significantly towards
the spread of Sanskrit and Vedic learning. In 1981,
he established Kalpatharu Research Academy, an
oriental learning centre. At the same time he also started
giving Vaastu consultations and corporate advice. He conducts
arbitration between corporates, is consulted on revival
of sick units, and advises corporates upon expansion plans
and venture capital funding into primary and secondary
markets
Somayaji has published nearly 100 books based on
research conducted at his Research Academy. He has been
actively associated with many cultural organisations
throughout India. He is the editor of the Rashtriya
Panchanga (Govt. of India publication - 1982) and Asthana
Panchanga Kartha (Kannada Edition) of T T Devasthanam,
and editor of Shastra Siddah Panchanga (English edition)
of T T Devasthanam from 1984 to 1987. He is a member
of Kendriya Samskrutha Vidyapeetha, Tirupati (Govt.
of India nominee), and a member of National standing Committee
of CAPART (Council for Advancement of People and
Rural Technology), New Delhi (Govt. of India nominee).
Many business and corporate houses have benefited from
Somayaji's expert advice both in India and abroad. His
guidance is sought on both commercial and emotional matters.
He is on the board of Zeenext.com and writes for the 'Almanac'
column in the Times of India for the Bangalore and Mumbai
editions.
This versatile consultant does not limit his advice to
commercial matters. He is an adept marriage counsellor
and is much sought after by those with emotional problems.
His high-profile business clients include Ashok Leyland
Information Technology, TVS Group and Reliance Group of
companies among others. |
