Double fried crispy spinachThis authentic Chinese restaurant opened in East Patel Nagar (West Delhi) in the beginning of this year. The company, FOODWORLD Hospitality Pvt. Singapore Prawns The company's USP, according to him is, "Not having a run-of-the-mill menu for Chinese food. Our food has been customised keeping in mind the tastes that suit everyone."

The restaurant staff has a 5-star background, which is quite evident from the service and the food. Spread out on an area of 4,000 sq. feet, the bistro has a seating capacity for 116 people and is air-conditioned. The ambience is quite enticing with hues of orange, brown and pale yellows dominating the place. The bistro also has a private dining room for 24 on the first floor.

This makes for an interesting menu since most of the dishes are a totally different experience from your regular run of the mill Chinese food. " A lot of the ingredients used in the food items we serve have to be imported from countries like Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong to recreate the best possible flavor of the orient," says Chadha.
