Tips on How to Prevent Yourself from the Heat Wave
In summers, it is very important to prevent yourself
from the heat wave. If care is not taken then the heat
wave can pose gruelling effects on one's health. Here
are some tips:
1. While going out in the sun, wear full clothes, preferably
white.
2. Always use an umbrella when going out in the sun.
It acts as a barrier between you and the sun.
3. If possible eat lots of onions. They prevent the
body from heating up.
4. If you feel too hot drink lots of lemonade.
5. A well hydrated body is less prone to heat wave.
Therefore have a minimum of 8 to 10 glasses of water.
6. If possible don't venture out between 11:00 pm to
3:00 pm.
