What are the facilities offered by them?
"We offer office space, telephone facilities with
50 lines, catering (tea or coffee), fax, internet, secretarial
services, office boy services, real estate for outside
customers, courier facility, and the like for our
clients. We also arrange for all kind of business
meetings and interviewing facilities."
Their service charges…
"Monthly billing is done here. We have an in-house
private telephone exchange where even a customer's
local calls are billed up. Vouchering on a daily basis
is done to keep a track of each customer's expenses.
Hiring a cabin on a monthly basis could cost Rs 6000-Rs 20,000 as per the usage of the facilities
offered."

"We do that through advertising. Our clients are Wipro,
Holiday Inn, Caltiger, Dell Computers, Dev Center, Paisapower.com,
Hexaware Systems, Philips, Infonics to name a few."
How have customer demands and needs changed over
the years?
"We have been here for five years now and
have noticed a lot of changes in the customer demands
over the years. Earlier, a client only needed an office
space with a phone, but today they need an
ISD, cable modem, fax, Xerox, conferencing facility,
computers for smoother functioning of their business.
We, at Golden Square make sure that all these
facilities are being provided to our customers and,
many a time, we even go out of our way to fulfill their
additional requirements like Video-conferencing."
