Guest fee is Rs 100 per visit and 10% further discount
on couple membership.

to Rajesh Chowdhary, Manager of the gym, "First
we do a complete body analysis and make the members
fill a form according to their body requirements. There
is also a facility of aerobics given to the members
with the gym membership. The priority for which they
are joining the gym be it general fitness, muscle gain
or weight loss. Accordingly we make a schedule so that
we can provide individual attention to every member
according to his or her requirements and needs. We also
have special programme for kids. We have got an overwhelming
response from the people."
The age group is between 16- 27 and the men: women ratio
is 60:40. There are 2 batches for aerobics every morning
and evening, which extends for 1 hour. There is no separate
timing for ladies.
With the latest equipment and machines, the interiors
are well done up in vibrant colours of yellow, dark
pink with a TV set on one side, bright lights and full
length mirrors on all sides. The music is totally techno
and fast beats help one to bounce off those extra kilos.
An exercise plan coupled with flexibility test, endurance
test, muscle fitness and strength test and cardiovascular
fitness test is regularly done to every member and the
progress is physically written.

Some fitness tips from Fitness Freak
1. Proper breathing is very important. Exhale when you
lift the weight. Inhale when you lower it.
2. Do not rely heavily on machines. Free weights are
more efficient for muscle growth.
3. Have conversation before and after workouts, once
the workout begins, be selfish with time.

1. Divide total intake in three major meals and three
mini meals.
2. Neither stuff nor skip meals
3. High intake of water, salads and protein (milk, soyabean)
4. Moderate intake of carbohydrates (Chapati, breads,
boiled rice, sugar, fruit juices)
5. Cut down intake of fats (butter, ghee, fried food)
6. Avoid intake of extra salt in salads, pickles, curd
etc.
