Tips on Morning Walk
Slowly and gradually everybody is realizing the importance
of morning walk. But for the walk to be effective it
is important to do it the right way. Here are some tips:
Always walk in the morning as the pollution level
is the lowest during that time.
If you are a beginner start with a 15-minute walk
first and then gradually increase everyday.
Walk at a pace that is comfortable to you or else you
will tire yourself.
If you feel exhausted don't push yourself as this can
be dangerous.
Try and walk in a park or some place where there is
a lot of greenery.
Wear the right type of walking shoes that are comfortable.
Wear loose clothes while walking as this helps your
body to breathe.
