In one year of its existence, they've gained something,
which every new band would like to. It was formed
in 1996 and from then they haven't refused any concerts
coming their way. This way they have gained a lot
of experience.
EMN has played at some significant concerts.
A video shot by TV 18, for MTV's show about campus
life...."MTV U" was a cool, especially because it
made them start thinking about creating some original
stuff.

Amit on Rhythm/Lead guitar is the "serious
boy" of the band!
Arunabh on Lead/Rhythm guitar is the youngest
of the bunch
Samir on Bass is another young fellow
Vikrant on Vocals is the oldest but somehow
doesn't talk that way!
Abhishek on Drums is the newest member!
Ankur...he used to play drums..but now
sells computers!

The band was started in 1991.
'Parikrama' means revolving around and 'Karma'
means living our lives doing what one ought to, keeping
to one's own chosen path, and on and on. The unique
thing about this band is that all the band members studied
in same school and college, whistling similar tunes.
They've stayed in orbit, and kept the light ... from
six playing members to ten at times, they love playing
those hearts out.
The band feels about certain issues which have a
global concern. Their first-ever concert was for AIDS
awareness.
