The World Vision is mainly concerned with the following
fields:
1. Child care
2. Community organisation
3. Relief and rehabilitation
In the above fields its focus is on child and family
care, emergency aid, awareness of women's issues and
AIDS and the girl child. Its major achievements have
been in relief works in Andhra floods, rehabilitation
of children of commercial sex workers in Ajmer and child
sponsorships. It welcomes any kind of help form sponsorships
to services in its various projects.

Toxic Links as the name suggests fights against toxic
pollution. It writes research papers and networks
with other NGOs working on the same issues. It aims
at building an information database to strengthen campaigns
against toxic pollution. It also takes up requests for
information regarding toxic pollution and researches
them. It is trying to push industries towards cleaner
production technologies.

| Prayas

The main interests of Prayas are the following:
1. Care and protection of neglected street and working
children
2. Shelter for homeless and needy children
3. Non-formal education
Prayas is primarily into working with street and
neglected working children, to rehabilitate them and
reduce the rate of delinquency among them. It starts
with non-formal education for these children. It provides
vocational training and child empowerment programmes
(for those above 14 years), health care, mid day meals,
counselling and shelters for homeless children. The
NGO has come to believe that ' the basic needs of
a child are synonymous with his basic rights'. The
NGO welcomes any kind of help starting with sponsorships
to help create publicity regarding the rights of children.
